Special Announcement:
"There was a suspicious object found on the Mountain View High School campus on March 10, 2006 at approximately 1:00 PM. School administration evacuated the school buildings to move students away from the object, as a precautionary measure. With inclement weather pending, the decision was made to move the students from outside the buildings into the large gymnasium for safety. Pima County Sheriff's Department investigated the object and determined the suspicious looking object was a non-dangerous object. School dismissal occurred on schedule at approximately 2:38 PM."
